DTE engineers are based nationwide and operate on our behalf to deliver and install equipment (mainland - no charge), allowing customers to become familiar with the product and ensure it is installed and set up correctly.
Should you require a service engineer - DTE engineers will respond to our call to offer service or breakdown attention on site, same day or by the end of the next working day.
We can also arrange a service agreement to provide regular servicing in-line with your requirements.
All products are covered by a full 12 month manufacturers' warranty. Please contact us for further details or advice. All units are available for monthly rental, to include all maintenance.
